Partial Hospitalizations

Partial Hospitalizations

The purpose of partial hospitalization is to provide the patient with a short-term outpatient program or as a transition from recent inpatient hospitalization to outpatient care. Individuals will be assigned a multidisciplinary treatment team, offering person-centered care. Unlike inpatient treatment, individuals do not stay overnight in the facility and following a daily schedule from 9:30 am-3:15 pm, Monday-Friday.

Average length of stay: varies case by case. Once a person has completed the partial program, their social worker will have arranged further outpatient services for the individual to continue.

The Multidisciplinary Team Includes:

  • Psychiatrist
  • Medical Physician
  • Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioner
  • Registered Nurse
  • Social Worker
  • Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS)
  • Mental Health Technicians
